These Gingers can be left flat or stuffed through the little gap in his side and then the gap closed by a few hand stitches.  Add a ribbon hanging loop at the top

Can be stitched with eyelashes to make female or omit them and he is male

4 x 4 hoop design gives you the mobility scooter without the headrest(pink version shown in the picture) the 5 x 7 hoop design will stitch the head rest as well (blue version shown in picture)
