The complete Gingerbread man with his helmet can be made in the 5 x 7 hoop.

You can make him in the 4 x 4 with his helmet being made in a separate hoop.

This Gingerbread man is designed to be left flat and not stuffed because of the shape of the wheels etc.  Add a ribbon hanging loop at the top
