Santa Gnome Stuffy - 4x4

This little chappy can be made as little ornaments just to stand on a shelf, he has been requested for those who only have the smaller 4 x 4 hoops.  His body is made in one hoop and then his hat is made separately

Finished size is just over 4” tall when his hat is folded down
